We are seeking a talented and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. As a mid-level Odoo Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing our clients' business processes, understanding their requirements, and configuring Odoo to meet their needs. You will work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements, design solutions, and provide guidance on best practices for implementing Odoo modules.
Job Summary
As an Odoo Implementer, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, configure Odoo applications, test solutions, and support successful go-live. You must have functional experience with Odoo (1–3 years) and be capable of handling implementations with reasonable independence.
You will be joining a dynamic environment where continuous learning, analytical thinking, and client communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
- Configure Odoo core modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, HR, etc.).
- Customize workflows and approval processes based on business needs.
- Support the testing, validation, and UAT phases.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and prepare functional documentation.
- Provide product demonstrations and functional training to end-users.
- Communicate with clients professionally and clearly throughout the project.
- Work closely with the technical team to convey functional requirements.
- Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Support go-live activities, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare import templates and organize client data.
- Validate data mapping and ensure clean migration.
- Support API/Integration discussions from a functional viewpoint.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Implementer or Functional Consultant.
- Solid understanding of Odoo functional modules (minimum of 2–3 modules deeply).
- Experience configuring workflows, reports, and business processes.
- Ability to work in developer mode to analyze fields, access rights, and record rules.
- Understanding of Odoo architecture at a high level (models, views, logic).
- Familiarity with CSV import, data mapping, and relational fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with Odoo v16–19 Enterprise.
- Experience in real estate, retail, pharmacy, manufacturing, or services implementations.
- Basic understanding of API-based integration flows.
